It’s been a hectic week with Thanksgiving still in the rear view. I must say I definitely needed the time with family I had this past Thursday and am so thankful for those I have in my life. It’s also helped me to remember what’s important in my life and get going on what I need to do.
That being said, December 12 I will be hosting an ALL new Thankful For Me clean eating and fitness challenge with all new recipes and workouts to really help you thank your body for being so awesome!!
Also, I did another update on my pregnancy thus far which I feel awesome about and you can check out here at Dear Diary… i Judy kinda give you the 411 on how I’m feeling and progressing and I must say it’s more positive than last weeks so that’s a step in the right direction!!
