Happy New Year!!

As promised, my first blog of the year to help you make your health and nutrition last not just this month but next month, next year and EVERY year!! The featured picture is of the dry erase board I mention in the video and is VERY helpful in meal planning. Check out this 6 minute video on how to start your year off right. Yes, it is slightly longer than usual but no worries it’s the only one that will be that length. You can expect future videos to have not only pertinent information but also be right around 3-3 1/2 minutes because I know your time is valuable!! Enjoy!! **note some days there is a dessert or cheat meal – don’t deprive yourself of everything you love and always plan ahead so you know what you’ll be having and you will be more likely to eat right before and after**
