As promised, my blog on the benefits of grapefruit. The video shares a lot however I will also mention that studies have shown that not only do they boost your metabolism, your immune system and protect against certain cardiovascular diseases they are also a free meal!! What do I mean by that? What I mean is this: it more energy for body to burn a grapefruit than there is actual calories in them. In other words you boosted your metabolism and you’ll burn a little extra even after you’ve burned the grapefruit.
