I have a few things mentioned in the video but also suggest MyFitnessPal which is a free app for Android or iPhone and can help with correct macros (the major nutrients I mention in the video), as well as many other important vitamins and minerals, help log meals and workout as well as many other attributes as I use it as well and always have great outcomes with daily use.
