No excuses 

You’ve all heard the saying, “No pain, no gain”, right? Wrong. Let me tell you something, the most important thing especially in the health and fitness area of life, is that you don’t make excuses and do your best EVERY TIME you complete a workout. Doing your best doesn’t mean passing out half way through, it doesn’t mean being so sore you can’t workout the next day it doesn’t mean pushing yourself so hard that you get frustrated. It means putting in your best effort to complete those 3 sets of 12 push ups or to complete that 30 minutes of brisk walking. Lastly, make the best of what you have. I chose this picture because it stands for not making excuses and doing what I can with what I have. Do I have a gym membership? No. Do I have a huge workout space? No. Do I workout 3 hours a day? No. I have a small area in the basement and some workout equipment I purchased from The point is, do your best and don’t stress. Much love! ✌
