Food of the week: Black beans and Rice!!!

Wait, what did she say? Yea that’s right, I said it, black beans and rice. I love this snack because it’s a complete protein and provides fiber, magnesium and other essential nutrients without being too high in calories and keeps me full!! Now don’t go over board and get a huge plate of it. Remember, everything in moderation lol. Usually a 1/2 cup of each will do your body good. Also, check out this video on other reasons I love it.
