Exercise: love it or hate it let’s just motivate each other to just do it!!

We’ve all been there before: you decide to make an important change in your life and there’s that one Debbie-downer who always seems to want to put you down. Or, maybe you’re that Debbie-downer because you don’t feel the same way they do or because you decided you weren’t ready to make changes in their life. Hey, ill be the first to admit I’ve been guilty of that in the past. I’ve found though, that by supporting and motivating someone else, it encouraged me to take actions in my own life.
