Nutrition and labeling: losing weight or gaining weight this is for you!!

If you’re like me 2 years ago, you pretty much fly by the seat of your pants when it comes to food. What do I mean? You get home from work and decide you want some Doritos. You also decide you want to catch up on shows on your DVR. It’s now two hours later, you’ve finished your shows AND an entire family size bag of chips. No worries, right? Except earlier in the week you had a huge bowl of frosted flakes and another day you had a heaping plate of spaghetti….you’ve now, at the end of the week realized your pants are getting snug. Why?
