Great lunch for a hot day!!

So I really wanted salad today but also wanted scallops. So I had both!! Here’s the ingredients: 2 cups green leaf lettuce, 9-13 radish slices, 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp canola or vegetable oil, 9-12 cherry tomatoes salt pepper and garlic powder. Sear the large bay scallops and high heat 2 minutes on each side and eat 3-5. Enjoy!!!
