Today I ran a mile in 9:50 and had my incline on 1.0! Last summer it took me 10:30 to run a mile with no incline!! That’s almost a minute off my time, can you imagine?! How did i did it? By putting myself first, working hard and not making excuses!! Do you find yourself making excuses and not getting results? It’s time to change that!!
