I want to lose 80 pounds!! Now what? It’s 5 months later I’ve lost 25 pounds and now I’m discouraged….

I want the position of [fill in the blank]!!  Now what? It’s a year later and while I’ve had one promotion I am still not where I want to be and now I’m discouraged…

This is true of so many people. Why? Because we tend to set huge goals with the mental expectation that it’s just gonna happen. We have to figure out HOW to make it happen and take baby steps to get there!! Make sense? Like and share!!
