Day 2 Mythbusters: I exercise I can eat whatever I want

Don’t fall into that trap!! It’s the biggest lifestyle change killer for anyone!! You get a new diet, a new workout and you’re making progress and then you start thinking, “Well I exercise so it won’t hurt me to eat this” or “I exercise and I’m upset because of something that happened earlier so I can eat this”.  STOP!!!! Dont eat that Twinkie!! Put the ice cream down!!! Watch this first before you make another move!!
