Day 4 Mythbusters  – targeting stubborn areas…

So your training “expert” told you theres a way to target lower abs, glutes or fat loss in thighs, huh? Hmmm…lets think about that a second….so when you gained weight, did you choose to store that fat in your belly or in your ass?… I’ll wait…. oh ok, so you didn’t choose where it went then? Well then I guess losing it will occur the same way, here’s why. You can thank me later.
