You don’t see athletes saying, “well I’ll just practice during the season then I’ll be done until next season. ” Hell no!!! They train hard all year round! Yes, they have days when they have a cheat meal or they have drinks with friends but it’s not every other day!! Why? Because fitness isn’t a hobby, it’s a lifestyle!!
