Snacks for kids; they don’t have to be gross!!

So here’s the recipe for my banana muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a small cupcake pan

6 bananas

1 1/2 cups of oatmeal (uncooked)

1/2 cup melted peanut butter

3 tsp olive oil

2 tsp ground flax seed

3 scoops Body Fortress chocolate peanut butter cup protein powder

All spice and cinnamon
Mash all ingredients together pour in greased pan until 3/4 full, bake for 15 minutes or until tops are smooth
For a little added flavor, use a dollop of spray readi whip on top and enjoy!!
