The easiest way to start meal prep is to start a list of the healthy foods you’d like to incorporate then go to the store and get them!! One of the biggest mistakes you can make is not PLANNING your trip to the grocery store because this leads to frustration which then leads to just picking up things as you see them, regardless of their nutritional value.
