So, after seeing the things going on with the hurricanes and so many displaced lives, some even lost, I’ve decided to take a new direction on Thursday mornings. Why? Because we should be thankful everyday!! Everyday we should wake up and be grateful for what we have even if its not what we want at the moment. It’s called “do some work for it!!”
That being said, Thursdays will now be Tonedays and we are going to get you to work for what you want!! That sexy, toned body!! That’s right, every Thursday I’ll be posting a new exercise to tone a different body part!! Today we are going to learn the Body weight military press!!
