You’ve made a grocery list…

You have made your grocery list based on the tips I have you for budgeting and eating healthy. Great job!! You’ve decided to leave your kids at home. Wonderful!! You even decided to try out some discounted meats. Swell!!…so now what? Now, you go to the store and you get your healthy foods FIRST!!! I don’t care if you have to walk to the end of the store first. All or most of your healthy foods should go in your cart first as this will deter you from wanting to add junk to your cart.
