I love working out but I hate spending a lot of time doing it especially when I have a busy day ahead of me!! I don’t skip the gym though! Here’s a workout I put together that’s just 5 minutes, and you can cycle through it 3 or 4 times giving you around 20 minutes and have a killer workout in less than half an hour!!
