So you’ve had a trainer in the past or you have one now. You found that no matter how well you did at your program, you still got stuck doing the same boring ass shit. No challenge no fun…wtf was the damn point? I’ll tell you: they were trying to get your 5, 10 or 20 sessions out of the way so thru could bleed you dry for another 5, 10 or 20 sessions. I’m here to tell you what WORKS and WHY!! Don’t be fooled by a constant state of slow and steady, yes it burns calories, but nothing like Interval training and when implemented as a regular nutrition (notice I didn’t say, “diet”) program, you have a real recipe for success!!
