To encourage mental and personal growth not just for myself but also for you, TMNT Fitness is changing up Fridays! We know there can’t be any growth without change and that we have to get a little uncomfortable in order to change (otherwise we stay the same).
That being said, Fridays, will now be “FUN-swae” Friday where we will be doing a short meditation to help center, relax and get you focused!! Don’t worry, I will guide you through it and will have soft music for you to help you get into a relaxed state!
Ensure you are in a quiet space, in a comfortable and upright, seated position and I’ll do the rest!! Here we go!:
