Who’s been wanting to find out what I’ve been doing to continue to see results sculpting and toning my physique! Killer shoulders, lifted and toned butt, sculpted legs, tight abs!! Nothing does this better than a full body, full throttle bad to the bone workout!! Here is the tutorial below is the outline of what we will be doing:TMNT Fitness – LIVE! Tone: Total Body!!
You will need: battling ropes, light kettlebell, a set of dumbbells, stability ball, bench or box. However, if you dont have any of these things, you may use something from around the house such as a set of canned food, gallons of milk or other weighted easy-to-hold objects.
Here’s the routine:
Plyo push ups 3 sets x :30
Box jumps 3 rounds x 10 reps
2 arm battling ropes 3 rounds x :30
Superman to pike 3 rounds x 10 reps
Squat jacks 3 rounds x :30
Lateral loaded bench crossovers 3 rounds x 10 reps
Alligator walks 3 rounds x :30
Half boat battling ropes 3 rounds x 10 reps
Loaded YTAs 3 rounds x :30
Jumping lunges 3 rounds x 10 reps
Alt hand/toe tap 3 rounds x :30
2 arm kb swing ➡️ 1 arm kb swing ➡️ clean ➡️ 3 way lunge ➡️ burpee ➡️ leg swings 4 rounds x 10 reps (round 1 and 3 R arm/round 2 and 4 L arm)
Between each set, take a :20 rest
