Hey I get it, life is stressful, it’s tough and sometimes we are harder on ourselves than what other people are.

This is why every Friday is dedicated to self care by way of meditation. I didn’t used to meditate until a few months ago and I find days I don’t do it are days when I feel stressed, overwhelmed and run down. So I make it a point to make it nonnegotiable.
