TMNT Fitness – Warrior weekend!!

Yea, a full 7 days of my face!! So I hope you’re not sick of it yet! 

I realize one of the worst habits when changing your lifestyle is trying you use an ENTIRE weekend to cheat. I did it, I was there, I know! When I started I would do great during the week but the weekend? Forget it!! I was eating what I wanted! Needles to say, there were many weeks when my progress suffered because I sabotaged myself.
