Cold day, warm meal

Hey fellow bloggers, followers and stalkers (yes I said stalkers)!

Today is cold, it’s windy, and normally after a good workout I turn to a nice, nutritent dense, shake. Well, I spent a good part of my morning being cold (with the exception being during my workout) and I had no interest in a shake this morning! What was a girl to do? I needed something nutrient dense but also something my body could absorb easily with minimal effort…

Cream of wheat!! I concocted a yummy breakfast that is hot, easy to digest and nutrient dense with some simple ingredients and my favorite protein powder!!
