TMNT Fitness: Enjoy this warm, delicious breakfast on a  cool day!!
3 tbsp hot cereal

1/8 c ground flaxseed 

1/8 c sliced almonds

1 c milk

1 scoop body fortress cinnamon whey protein
Add cereal and rest of ingredients (except protein powder. Only use 3/4 c milk and save the rest for after you microwave. After you take out of the microwave, add rest of milk, protein powder stir well and let cool or it will be very watery.
