Good morning friends!! Another meal prep Wednesday and today, first thing, I’m talking a quick healthy snack that the whole family can enjoy! 

Why buy them prepackaged when you can make them yourself?!

All you need:

6 whole wheat saltines

2 tbsp peanut or nut butter (depending on allergies and taste preferences)
