TMNT Fitness – LIVE! Double header!!

Today you lucky folks get a double serving of me!! 

This morning I talked about going into thanksgiving like a BOSS in my surviving the holidays episode. Basically, you prepare for your week to be successful so you need to plan your holiday the same way to avoid guilt and weight gain later!

Just a few moments ago, I recorded a tutorial on blueberry and hemp seed oatmeal in my meal prep portion which I think you’ll love!! Having a hot breakfast on a cold day really helps me get my day started right so when I come up with these recipes I love to share them especially because this one is so simple!
