No bull shit week
So basically, it is as the title suggests: NO Bull Shit week
This past week has been filled with some unnecessary shit, time-wasters and people who just aren’t ready to make a commitment. I don’t have the time of day for those people. I am here for those who are no-nonsense, ready to take action and not pull any punches.
If you don’t care about your life and don’t want to put your adulting pants on to make yourself healthy then that’s on you but don’t waste my time with your song and dance because I’m not here to provide a quick fix I’m here to provide long-lasting RESULTS.
As I said a few days ago: knowledge ISN’T power; ACTION IS POWER – knowledge is just the fuse.
So if you’re just looking for me to hand out free tips then you might as well just keep watching the show. However, if you’re ready to make lasting change, then that’s another story…
