Relieve stress at night by doing this one thing…

You would not believe all the stress people hold on to at night. We get so used to going through the motions that we don’t even realize what we are doing to ourselves. By the end of the day we are carrying around so much extra mental weight that it effects how we sleep, which in turn, effects how we function and react to things throughout the day. I did a dramatization so you can see how your day REAAALLYYY effects you.
