If you’re like me, you love all things peanut butter, all things chocolate and love bananas. Some days you crave them but sometimes you end up going for something not-so-healthy [cough Reeses cough cough] and end up feeling guilty. How do you calm a craving without killing your diet?
I’ll tell you!
A Double Chocolate PB and banana shake, that’s how!!
Here’s how ya make it:
Dice a small, ripe banana and add to a blender, Ninja or Nutribullet
Add 4 – 6 ice cubes
4 oz water
2 oz chocolate almond milk
2 tbsp PB2 chocolate peanut butter powder (found in the peanut butter aisle)
30g chocolate protein powder (I say 30 because some powders are 30g for one scoop and some are only 20; you want 30)
1 1/2 c mixed greens
I love this shake because it’s smooth, creamy and even though I feel like I’m cheating, the nutrition says otherwise – only 362 calories!!!
