You don’t have to go to the gym a million hours a week nor do you need to starve yourself. Start off slow and find something you can do at home to build confidence.
Equipment like bands, jump ropes, light weights and yoga mats are just small things you can get for your home that you can use to help get active, tone and sculpt your body! Just because you didn’t make it this summer doesn’t mean it’s too late to start!
