After a week off from working out I am sooo super sore from my workout on Tuesday.
Today was back day and even with a sore everything lol I still managed this.
What’s great about this? It’s throwback Thursday and I wanted to share this because earlier this year I could barely do a wide grip pull up without assistance.
You can do anything you set your mind to as long as you’re willing to work for it! Taking even the smallest steps forward can get your further than you ever imagined!
